  • Basic Electronics knowledge: Understanding of electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, and integrated circuits, essential for interpreting schematics and performing technical tasks.

  • Excel knowledge: Ability to use spreadsheets for data recording, analysis, and control.

  • English knowledge: Competence to understand technical instructions and communicate in a professional context.

  • Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standard: Knowledge of acceptance criteria for electronic component assembly, ensuring compliance with quality requirements.

  • Knowledge of standards (preferable): Understanding of NP EN ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards, applied to quality management, especially in the automotive sector.

  • Quality tools knowledge (preferable): Ability to apply methodologies that ensure continuous improvement and defect prevention.

  • Core Tools knowledge (preferable): Familiarity with essential quality tools such as FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, and SPC to ensure process robustness and product compliance.

  • Complete secondary education or a Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or related fields.

  • Training or professional experience in quality is highly valued.

  • Experience in an industrial environment is a plus, but not mandatory.
