HFA’s Quality Management System is certified according to the Standards IATF16949:2016 and ISO9001:2015. The Company’s Quality Management System is the key to the Company’s success.
The current integrated management policy, defined by the Administrative Board, reflects the Company’s concern in defining and implementing a set of procedures and methodologies, which guarantee high standards of quality, efficiency and performance. For this reason, all take the responsibility to comply with the Quality Management System implemented. And all seek to achieve process and resource optimization, while continuous improvement factors, and promote the development and satisfaction of employees, taking into account the different social, economic and environmental expectations.
